In July 2006 I received a request from Anne Marie Bush after she'd noticed my profile at myspace (see here). She kindly asked if I would be interested in shooting some pictures of her for promotional use.
Anne Marie was busy recording in Los Angeles and somehow we never met till the night of her debut concert with her new backing band.
Nevertheless we started a close friendship by writing a lot of inspiring e-mails to one other during the past year.

Anne Marie has sent me a lot of outstanding demo recordings on a current basis from all over the world. Her sound is very international, catchy and unique.
She has been writing and recording with some of the most successful writers and producers in LA, Nashville, New York, London, Stockholm and Copenhagen.
She did backing vocals for Britney Spears on one of her albums recorded in LA, and her sound is at a highly professional and international level.
The more I keep listening to her demos, the more I can't help comparing her to the big pop-soul diva's like for example Celine Dion, when Celine is in her soul-rock mood. I have become a major fan of Anne Marie Bush, and I know for sure that we have a new arising star in the horizon.

Obviously I was very excited when I was about to meet Anne Marie in person for the very first time, and watch her perform live on stage.
I was very fascinated by the way that her songs stepped into character being backed up by such a talented rock band.
Her sound truly manifested in a very personal and mature way.
Furthermore Anne Marie gave me the expression of being a really lovable and wonderful person.

Be sure to pay attention to this amazing artist in the near future. She is in the works of recording her new album here in Copenhagen, and in LA.
