For several years I've been fascinated by Danish actress, musician, writer, multi talent, Gry Bay, long time before she attained fame by her role as the main character in All About Anna.

Gry appears so fragile, sensitive and spherical, so ultra-feminine and highly desireable. Add to that her extreme beauty and her obligihgness and you'll have an idear of the essence of her sweet nature.

I've wanted to capture her true being for a long time, proposing her to pose for me, and finally she accepted one sunny day in August with rainy clouds threatening in the horizon.

We met at her home in the center of Copenhagen and did the portraits in her living room. As her girlfriend, the Danish singer, Anita Lerche, gave a concert at Friluftsscenen at Bakken, we drove by car to Klampenborg and continued the shooting after Anita's performance.

Gry appeared even more wonderful and sweet in real life compared to what I've expected. She is the best model I've ever worked with!
So we have planned more future photo sessions. I've a lot of plans of how to make more photos of this charismaticc angel.

Gry is at the moment working on her debut album of self created music. I've listened to the demos and her music is quite as dreaming and celestial as rest of her being. One of the portraits from this very series is sceduled to be on the cover of the album (see the bottom of this side).
