Maria Viskonti
Forbrændingen, Albertslund
30. September
2004

Best concert I've heard by Maria and the boys 'till this day! Forbrændingen again proved that they have the best sound in the Copenhagen aria! After the concert Maria told me that the monitor-sound at stage was very good, as well. Maybe that was the reason why this performance turned out to be better than I've ever heard the band before.
Some of the songs were re-arranged, and definitively to the better. The Indoor Lazyday Blues, -usually song solely by Maria with herself on the piano, - was now given as a full band song, which made it very much better! And both Maria and the band seemed more comfortable beeing at stage, Maria being more takative than usual.
They had also added some choirs backing Maria's vocals, and this improved the impression of the strong material.
Again I must make a statement of the excellent sound at Forbrændingen. I really wonder why only 30 people had found their way to this venue. In spite of lack of feed-back from the audience, the band was very well-playing this night.
