First time I became aware of multitalented keyboardplayer, Sascha Dupont, was when she joined Freya's backing band in 1999. It was obvious that she was not merely another keyboardplayer, but she already was a charismatic stage personality.
Many Danes are most familiar with Sascha due to her taking part of the team of musicians in "Hit Med Sangen" on Danish national tv DR1. But she has long time ago proved to be far more than a television entertainer on Saturday nights. Having released two albums under her own name, she has showed a side of a gifted and serious artist with her own personal visions of how a good pop tune are meant to sound like.
What you do not hear on the album tracks is Sascha's relieving and rare kind of humour! She shows a delightful informal mood on stage and she has a ability to make the audience relaxe.

Sascha took it rather easy following the pre-written set list! Five of the songs on the list were omitted (You Will Always Be / Lady Cypress / Better Things To Do / Keep An Eye On You / Cry Your Hearts Out). On the other hand we got three songs not being on the set list (Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For / Always On My Mind / Nine To Five). One more issue that makes it exciting to attend a concert by Sascha Dupont!

My personal wish is that Sascha some day gathered a group of the countless artists she has played with during time, and gave a big concert or a tour with a lot of guest artists and released the event on dvd. It would be great!
