The Mariah Carey photos are probably the poorest quality pictures I've ever made of a performing artist!!
I had to struggle in the heat with 35.000 individuals at the crowded aria in front of the stage, so I stood far far away with no posiblity to go up front. So the best view was by the big screens.

This evening was the last time in 2005 that Vega had one of their Club Mini Vega concerts. It's a brilliant idea to invite established artists to play acoustic versions of their songs and mix them with upcoming talents maybe performing for the first time.
We had seen a lot of talented artists at Ideal Bar the first year of its excistence. Randi Laubek, Thomas Dybdal, Kasper Eistrup, Tina Dickow and Marie Frank, but also exciting newcomers such as lisavegas, Nana Jacobi, Sarah Hepburn and Antophones just to mention a few.

For reasons not quite clear to me Vega has forbitten me to make photographs at Ideal Bar during these events, as they only want their own photographer to work there. That's why I'm not able to show more than these extremely poor photos from the 7th December 2005 show, taken with my tiny "spy-camera".
The good thing about is that now the pictures can't possible be worse! They are even worse than the Mariah Carey-pics from Tivoli earlier this year (shown above)!!

Anyway, we got some very fine music. My favorite, Tanja Appehl, was better than ever before adding a brand new song, Leave America (written one week ago) to the set.
Maya Albana proved that her strong songs managed to make it acousticly, too (I still believe Maya to be the most underestimated artist in Denmark!). But the big surprise for me was Camille Jones! I have only heard her as a menber of Maya Albana's band and her albums of course. But she's a great performer, so I asked her for permission to make some live shots of her next time she did a solo show, which is some time in January 2006.
